Beneficiaries of gifts may be suggested for example by social workers, clergy and community groups, although individuals can also apply on their own behalf by emailing or writing to one of the trustees or to the clerk@ruislipcombinedcharity.co.uk or using the form below expressing their needs and providing the name and address of a referee.  It would also be helpful to ask a social worker, community worker, voluntary worker or clergyman to support the application.
